Reach Amazon's shoppers.
From wherever you are.

Amazon knows what Americans buy next. Amazon DSP turns that knowledge into campaigns, and we run it for international brands every day.

First, plain English: what is Amazon DSP?

DSP stands for demand side platform: software that buys ad space automatically. Amazon DSP is Amazon's version, and its edge is Amazon's shopping data.

Amazon watches what millions of Americans search, browse and buy. Amazon DSP lets advertisers use exactly that knowledge to show display ads, video ads and streaming TV ads, on Amazon itself and across much of the open web. And here is the part many brands miss: you do not need to sell on Amazon to use it. A travel brand, an app, an insurance product can all reach Amazon's audiences.

The minimum spend confusion, resolved

Ask three people about Amazon DSP minimums and you get three answers. All three are half right, because there are three doors in:

DoorMinimumThe catch
Amazon's own managed serviceTypically around $50,000 / monthReal minimum, set by Amazon, varies by country. Out of reach for most mid-sized brands.
Self serviceNo official minimum since late 2025You get the keys, not the skill. Below roughly $10,000 a month there is too little data to optimize against, and mistakes are expensive.
Through an agency seat, like oursRealistic from $10,000 to $15,000 / monthYou get experienced hands and shared platform access. The honest trade: it only makes sense if the agency actually knows the platform.

That last line is the real filter. Since Amazon opened self service, "we have DSP access" stopped being an achievement. What you are hiring is judgment: which audiences, which formats, what to kill in week two.

Why international brands specifically

Most US agencies are built for US clients. Different time zones, foreign billing and a founder who asks questions at 9 am Berlin time do not fit their process. We are built the other way around:

  • No US entity needed. Amazon runs a global advertising seat covering 40+ countries. We set up US campaigns for companies billed in Europe, the UK or Latin America, and you pick your billing currency once at the start.
  • Your hours, not just theirs. We work from Europe. Your morning is our working day, and US campaigns are monitored into the American evening.
  • One person, whole picture. The buyer who plans your DSP campaigns also sees your streaming TV and programmatic. Budgets move to where they work hardest, because one desk controls all of it.

What results look like, honestly

Our measurement promise: we prove US sales, not impressions. Amazon's measurement suite ties campaigns to actual orders, new customers and repeat purchases, on and off Amazon.

Numbers first, so you can calibrate:

  • Retargeting, reaching people who already saw your product, is the strongest discipline: typically 3 to 8 dollars back per ad dollar for established sellers.
  • Prospecting, reaching new people, returns less on paper, often 1.5 to 4 to 1, but around three quarters of those buyers are new to your brand. That is what growth actually is.
  • Streaming TV through DSP is a brand tool, not a sales tool. It lifts awareness and searches for your name. If someone promises direct returns from TV ads alone, walk away.

A first test needs about 90 days: thirty to set up and learn, sixty to read results you can trust. We will tell you at the halfway point whether it is working, in writing.
