We process your name, work email, company, website, country, budget range and whatever you write in the message field, so we can prepare and hold the call. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering a contract (Art. 6 (1) b GDPR). We keep the data for as long as the conversation is live, then for the statutory retention periods that apply to business correspondence.
If you reached us through an ad, the form also transmits the click identifier from that ad (for example a Google or Microsoft click ID) together with the page you came from. This lets us see which campaigns produce real conversations rather than clicks. Identifiers are only stored on your device once you have consented to marketing cookies, and they are never used to build a profile about you.
Nothing in this section stores anything on your device before you consent through the banner. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6 (1) a GDPR and § 25 (1) TDDDG). You can withdraw it at any time through "Your privacy choices" in the footer, with effect for the future.
One thing we want to be precise about, because most privacy policies gloss over it: while you have not consented, Google's tools still send a signal that a page was viewed, without cookies and without any identifier that would let anyone recognise you. Google calls this consent mode. Your IP address is processed to deliver that request and is not used to build a profile. Legal basis for this narrow case: our legitimate interest in knowing whether our own pages are read at all (Art. 6 (1) f GDPR). You can object at any time by writing to us.
Provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States. That transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which Google LLC is certified, and additionally by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. US authorities may in principle be able to access such data, and we cannot rule that out. If that matters to you, decline marketing and analytics cookies; the site works perfectly well without them.
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability of your data, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Withdrawing consent is possible at any time and does not affect what happened before. Write to hello@usmarketingagency.com and we will answer within a month, usually much sooner.
You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. Ours is the Unabhängiges Landeszentrum für Datenschutz Schleswig-Holstein, Holstenstraße 98, 24103 Kiel, Germany.
Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and other states with comparable laws have their own rights: to know what we collect, to have it deleted, to correct it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information for money. Sharing advertising identifiers with Google for measurement may count as "sharing" under California law, and you can switch it off through "Your privacy choices" in the footer or by declining the banner. We honour Global Privacy Control signals. Exercising these rights costs you nothing and we will not treat you differently for it.
Beyond the providers named above, your data may reach our email provider and our tax advisor, in each case only to the extent required. Everyone processing data on our behalf is bound by a data processing agreement.
